  • Implemented SAP Waterfall projects to upgrade aging parts inventory systems.  Consistently produced over 90% on-time-to-request (OTTR) for milestones and budget cost management.  

  • Managed a Waterfall project to develop a Business Objects report writing interface featuring historical data.  This allowed aging applications to be decommissioned.  The project budget was $200K and the resulting benefit was over $1 million in cost savings.  Consistently produced over 90% on-time-to-request (OTTR) for milestones and go-live dates.

  • Ensure monthly cost plans are within budget by +/-10% difference.  Initiate the invoice payment process for contractors ONLY for work successfully completed and to the customer's satisfaction.  Manage resources to ensure resources are booking to the correct project.  Utilize MS Excel pivot tables for data analysis to determine if actuals are trending to go over budget and immediately escalate.

  • Execute SOWs by ensuring that vendor gross receipts are processed by Honeywell procurement.  Coordinate with Procurement to ensure vendors are paid.

  • Mentor interns and recent college graduates in Project Management and Finance techniques.  Address any concerns they may have on Honeywell operations.

  • Go beyond by delivering training sessions to PMO members featuring:  cost & budget management, PPM tools, process updates, and Excel Pivot tables.

  • Coordinate design presentations to users to demonstrate web page and content flow.  

  • Manage communications across all project resources and instigated escalation matters to the appropriate management.

  • Work closely with Executive stakeholders to prioritize strategy, suggest process improvements and technology to be leveraged.
